  • Advertising Review

    On July 17, 2014 BBB requested a response to our advertising review of the company’s website, which stated:  “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” and does not have any clarifying statements. We noticed that this claim does not comply with the BBB Code of Advertising. The Code clarifies the use of guarantees by saying “When the term “warranty” (or “guarantee”) is used in product advertising, the following disclosure should be made clearly and prominently: a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen at the advertiser’s store prior to sale, or in the case of mail or telephone order sales, are available free on written request.”

    The company responded to our advertising inquiry on August 4, 2014 and stated that it does provide a 100% guarantee with no limitations or conditions and will provide a refund to any customer for any reason.
